Crooks on a major scale
|
Sucked over $50,000 out of our account without our knowledge or consent. Just showed up as debit. Called and emailed to get it reversed - but they want date of birth info(?!) and a police report before they'll consider returning the money they stole from us!!!
Filed the police report, but no one can give out a person or phone number for the "identity theft" department; no one can provide any details; no one can take any responsibility; no one can do anything but repeat: "I'm sorry. You must be frustrated. We take this very seriously." None of that, of course, has any value to us and as far as we can tell, the company is guilty of Grand Theft.
Thanks for nothing, Carvana. We'll see you in court.
