This company tried to strong arm money from me before they did anything. The analyst was a jerk. The salesman said that for the initial payment they would do their initial analysis, however, the analyst came out and did a presentation and asked for more information and set an appoi9ntment for the next day. I sent him an email saying that we needed a week. He showed up the next day anyway and said that unless I paid him MORE money he would not delay a week. I told him that we don't do business that way and he walked out of my office and with a rude comment. What jerks!
