Received email for offer medical office financing. Inquiry answered by a Mike Thomas. Sent some basic financial information and received email that I was approved for a lease. Spoke to Thomas on phone, and signed contract. Lease required first month payment and security payment. Fedexed check to Thomas, never received lease funds. Thomas hard to get on phone-has answering machine. Returned calls on and off first month, and then no return phone calls. Reported to every consumer agency in FL, but due to being commercial contract (not consumer to consumer) not much help. Still no refund or funds 5 months later. I am not the only one-check Ripoffreport.com
