Deeply Saddened With Olly Olly - Will not transfer my Domain as I have Requested over and over

I am deeply saddened with Olly Olly's services. I decided to leave this Company due to inconsistencies and discrepancies. I really am upset because I was lied too about the ownership of my domain information. I was told several times canceling my services with them wrong information and given the run around. I have asked this company to transfer my domain over to the new company that I choose to represent my Website and they have refused in everyway to cooperate and respect my wishes. Managers keep calling me to change my mind after I have insisted that I do not want to continue with them. I feel that who ever is in charge of this company should really take a step back and re-evaluate when a customer makes a request they should do the right thing and comply. PLEASE TRANSFER MY DOMAIN INFORMATION AS I REQUESTED .. Thank you. Every moment is a teaching moment!
