Never Again...

In all my years as office manager and Restaurant Manager, I have never, EVER, EVER dealt with a company as sleazy as this one. The initial order was okay. All I wanted was a cheap update to our outdated labor law poster. We get advertisements in the mail
all the time about these things, and since it was such a simple item, I picked the first one that came it. Unfortunately, it just happened to be THIS company. They are an absolute nightmare. Within two days of the order, I began to get emails every other day
from them. After a while I filled out the remove me from your list request, took a screen shot of the request. They have gotten to the point that I will seriously consider filing legitimate complaints regarding the anti-spam act. After I vehemently told their
telemarketers to take me off the call list effectively immediately, I began to get calls from their "BILLING DEPARTMENT". I told the man that if I indeed had a bill due, then they can MAIL A PHYSICAL COPY TO THE OFFICE. They have yet to do that, but continue
to call the office. Today, they called while I had stepped away from the desk and the owner answered the phone. He was quite concerned about an undue bill. So, I went through their website, there is no notice of a declined credit card, there is no email to
me regarding an unpaid invoice. This company has the most horrendous ethic. I will never do business with them. Every time I make a good sized purchase, I research thoroughly. I research the item, the company even the website I buying it from. I never thought
I would have to do the same thing for a simple 20 dollar laminated poster. I was sadly mistaken.
