Terrible service

I would not recommend this company at all. They sent me a program I did not order, want or need. Then they refused to send me a packing slip to return it. Multiple phone calls and emails later and after threatening to file a BBB complaint they "comped" my account. I also told them to remove me from thier call list. I still get calls and am told to call customer service to be removed. Seriously? This company is something else. They really are only concerned with not taking ownership of a problem and fixing it, just perpetuating it.
