Honestly WORST printing company I have ever dealt with! Now after looking at reviews, I'm mad that I even gave them an opportunity. I placed my order for 2,000 flyers 4/22/20. I selected 5 day shipping to ensure they would be here before 5/1. Well it's 4/30 and they haven't even been shipped! I contacted customer service. Which was HORRIBLE by the way. The agent proceeded to waste my time for over nearly an hour. Informed me of their shotty business practices, including their is an EIGHT day print period + five day transit period. Which is located NOWHERE on the website or order confirmation. Then proceeded to say my order should arrive by 5/19, but I was "welcomed" to upgrade my shipping to 3-5 days for $281. The unsuccessful conversation ended in them cancelling my order and offering a credit on my account (they have their money already). After expressing that is not an option, she said she would issue a credit to me card. I have strong doubts this will go smoothly and I will have to report an unauthorized charge, because their customer service is sh*t. So here I am, over a week later, and who knows when I will get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. BEYOND frustrated and disappointed!!!
