I've been waiting a month to receive my checks and customer service just told me I am "within the time frame" - I received 1 package 3 weeks ago and I'm waiting for 3 more packages. I see that this is a very common problem and with the number of check printing places available, this is unacceptable service. Won't use them again, hope I eventually get my checks - they certainly debited my checking account immediately after getting my order. I used a credit card so if they don't show up in a couple of weeks I am disputing this through the credit card company.
