Lost checks never came in the mail. I called and emailed customer service and they referred me to the stupid postal service. Never returned any email correspondence and totally not helpful when I called. They never offered to send me new checks or refund me. The way they send your checks is the most archaic shipping ever with no tracking number, totally un-secure. You can order something from a complete stranger on EBay and get better shipping and customer service. I waited 3plus weeks to then determine the checks were lost or maybe stolen. I just had to close my checking account and open a new one. I am so sorry I ordered from Checkworks, just because I wanted a stupid cute design.
