It was a HUGE MISTAKE for my Fiancé and I to purchase my engagement ring from Daniels at the northridge location. All of its employees and especially the store manager Luis Aguirre are incompetent, liars, RUDE, ignorant and unprofessional. Before this defective ring that I was sold to I was a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR OVER 8 years that I had excellent credit with them. My purchases were always at my home store in Montebello, should of gone there in the first place (now I realize too late). First of all the sales person Violeta at northridge was very sweet, and seem to know what she was doing and made us a deal my fiancé and I could not resist since I already had my eye on this particular ring. She told me since this is my account, that we will not pay more than $70 a month on top of my previous pymt before of $130. Which will bring to a total of $200, right?? Well I just found out that I was lied to, when customer service stared calling me to tell me I was past due, and they have no record at all of my pymt being only $200 a month, is actually $263!!!!!!!! At this point I was very angrier, with all of them at that store. They lied and on top of that, they sold us a defective ring which all the little diamonds around the halo keep falling out. My fiancé had just given it to me the day before when I noticed of 1 day wearing the ring a diamond was missing. When In spoke to Violeta, she seem concerned and offer to do even exchange on my ring. We went back to that store and she did. Week later same problem! I coudnlt believe it, I have purchase many rings and diamond watches from there my whole life never had this problem before. I knew this ring was just defective on its own. I felt in love with this ring, they once again offer me to exchange it again same ring or get different. I told them I'm not going to pay more and I don't want to return it I just want them to fix it. They refuse and sent me to get my 3rd ring from another store, same ring right when the sales person gave it to me, it was already missing a diamond too. I was shocked, how could this be, even that sales rep, was shocked. How do they expect for us to pay for something that was defective and cant be fixed, and on top of it lied to about monthly pymt?? Is unfair and ridiculous! We went back to that store and finally spoke to Luis the store manager, he got very aggressive with my fiancé kept insisting that there is nothing wrong with the ring, lying to our face when even his own employee told him there is a diamond missing. I just could not believe my fiancé had to get in a oral fight with him in order to have this ring get checked out by his jeweler! And once it was finally supposedly checked out, it was once again missing another diamond. And manager acted like nothing was wrong again! I will never purchase anything from this store, they all just lie to get you to buy and will not help you after that sales is made. They are all evil and have no clue of what real CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT! Oh and I'm still waiting to speak to their district manager, is been over 1 week! They can certainly forget about my wedding bands being purchase here!
