I, like what seems like everyone else here, have had a horrible experience with this company. I go to the Clerk of Court in one week for my last foreclosure meeting. They will sign the order if something isn't done by then. I signed up with NMS in May and now it is December. I think I have actually spoken with someone 3 or 4 times and gotten maybe that many responses to my emails. They do not do any of the things they say they will. Greg Hart was the first person I spoke with. He called me in May and told me that they could lower my payments to around $500/month and that it would probably be finished around August. I had explained to him that I couldn't pay them and the house payment. He said that I was already late on the house so not paying them would not be a big deal and it would only be a couple of months anyway. I believed him. That was so stupid on my part. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get the fee back from this fraudulent company, please let me know. So depressing. And for those who are considering using them, RUN!!! Run as far and as fast in the opposite direction as you can.
