Filled out a carrier packet with New Sound Transportation to haul a load for them but never signed a rate confirmation contract with them as we were unable to take the load. They have left a negative review for us on Freightguard/Carrier 411, which is drastically affecting our business as brokers now think we are unreliable. I have all of the conversation in writing and have tried to dispute it with Carrier411 but they will not take it down as they are apparently, lawless. Would never do business with New Sound Transportation.
