I had a simple request..replace 3 locks and install the new ones keyed-alike. He replaced two locks that were keyed alike and told me he didn't have the right lock for the third door. He then told me to go to Home Depot and get a Kwikset Smartlock that I could install myself. If I needed help I could either go by his business (an apartment no less, yeah like I'm going to do that) or call him. So...I paid him, got the third lock and tried it myself. THE KEY FOR THE LOCKS HE INSTALLED DIDN'T EVEN FIT INTO THE SLOT OF THE LOCK HE TOLD ME TO PURCHASE. Three calls made to this so-called expert...twice he promised to come by and look at the situation (which he never did...the third call was not returned. I stopped payment on the check I gave him and didn't hear a thing for a month. Then his "bookkeeper" called and I explained the dissatisfaction. I still have three locks and they are not keyed alike. He has never come back to fix the problem. Don't waste your money with this guy.
