Stay away from this company. We had a garage door installed in late December, 2009 some three weeks after they promised it would be done. 10 days after the installation, the cables broke and the wheels came off the tracks. We notified the company and they accused us of obstructing the door thereby causing the problem. We had to threaten a lawsuit. They sent a technician out who repaired the problem. 7 days later, another problem: the seal stripping on one side of the door has ripped and came off the door. They refused to come out and repair it, and refused to repair (again) the out-of-alignment wheel track. We are paying a professional installer to correct the problems caused by the unprofessional workmanship. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN NOTHING LESS THAN REPREHENSIBLE IN 1.)THEIR REPRESENTATIONS AT THE TIME OF SALE; 2.) WORK INSTALLING THE DOOR; AND FAILING TO CORRECT PROBLEMS CAUSED BY SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. Stay away from this company. We are taking them to Smalls Claims court.
