I cant speak for the rest of the company, but I found Fran Fox to be rude and condescending. She demanded meeting times then backed out or was late and she talked down to those around her. Due to my interaction with her, I will not be making a purchase or sale through her and thus sadly the company she "works" through will be loosing business. It would benefit her to know that polite conscientious customer service would get her more business as a friend who was with me during one such interaction with Fran was also interested in a sale/purchase and will also be looking elsewhere. In a way - I feel sad for her that she feels the need to be so hateful to those around her and hope that she can find happiness in her life instead of taking her misery out on others.
