This facility took 3 months to tell me they could not fix my tv. When I got the tv back I did not get all the original parts I took in to them. During the 3 months I did not receive 1 phone call to update me on my status. The owner claimed to be a Sharp authorized repair faciltiy but when I called Sharp they did not have this business in their database. So lie #1. Then he said that the part needed was on national back order. In the last 2 weeks before getting my tv back he said he put in two power boards which were defective. If there was a national back order how could he in the same week get 2 power boards to try in the tv. Most likely that was lie number 2. When I went to pick up my equipment he could not find my power cord. They gave me some random cord which was in a worn condition and told me it was my cord, lie # 3. An untouched power cord does not get worn just by being plugged in once and left alone. Even though it was just a power cord, I expected to get back what I took in and not be told a lie that it's the cord I took in. I will not do business with Richard Allen again. He did refund my initial deposit but we have to wait to see if the check bounces or has a stop pay as deceitful as I perceive him to be.
