Crooked and Unethical

The people at the LAX location where we rented a car where nice enough. The car was scratched and dented and had two large holes in the rear bumper. When checking out the car the agent said, "We don't car about minor scratches." During our time of driving we slightly bumped another car creating a small paint transfer mark/scratch on the rear bumper. After we returned the car we got a bill for over $2000 to replace the entire bumper. After many phone calls with their claims office I got no where and ended up turning it over to my insurance company who paid them nearly $1500 and I was threatened with "being turned over to collections" if I don't pay the remaining $500, which was my deductible.
This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks who will screw you at any opportunity. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! But if you must rent from this unethical company, take clear photos of all pre-existing damage and by all means purchase the Deductible Waiver. I will never use this company again no mater what!
