DONT DO IT!!!! BEFORE you sign, your 100% priority after you sign the contract your done!! I bought a new 2010 Navigator this is my second Navi, first one from a different dealer. It was filthy, rip in the back seat, coffee stains, they took it back for detail, when I got it back GUESS WHAT the same coffee stains, dirty, soot, DVD head sets missing. YES THIS WAS A BRAND NEW CAR. Only to find out from the sales rep that their managers drive the car and use it til they sell it..
CAUTION,, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING DONE BEFORE YOU SIGN... JUST GO ELSEWHERE.
