This company is a JOKE!!! As we were dealing with them, they asked REPEATEDLY for us to fax things to them that we had already faxed 2 or 3 times previously! We faxed them things that in the end they didn't even need. Our case changed hands so many times it wasn't even funny! Talk about inspiring a sense of confidence in them as a company. And in the end, because the post office that delivers their mail lost checks that were part of a payment plan that was set up and they were more concerned with getting money for what little they had done then providing customer service to my elderly mother, our house is now in foreclosure. What a totally useless company!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING AMERICAN LAW FIRM!!!! YOU FAIL!!!!!
