I ordered a Battery for my Tripp-Lite Omnismart 750 UPS from Apex because they had the best price. What they neglect to tell you is that you need TWO batteries for this device, One battery is useless. After receiving the One battery my only option was to return the battery at MY expense or order another one. This is a DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake and order from a reputable business and NOT APEX!!
