TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don't return emails and they lie about shipping. Basically they're just dishonest people and I would advise anyone considering ordering from them to shop elsewhere.
My records never arrived and so when I emailed they said, "if it doesn't arrive by X date, then we'll send a replacement." Suffice to say X date came and went and I followed up to see if a replacement was sent...no response. In the meantime 45 days had gone by since the transaction began, so Paypal wasn't going to help me get my money back. The bottom line, if you don't get your order from Aural Exploits within a week, open a dispute in paypal, because you probably will never see your records.
A bunch of lying, thieving bastards. Aural Exploits. Evil people. Bad service.
