My family and I over the years have bought a total of 7 vehicles with Auto Advantage. It all started with my father buying a Expedition back in 1998 from Saul Metcalf. Since then our contact to AA has been Saul. Jeff Hensley, Eric Cindric and a few others have had a impact on our deals as well, Saul is just the one we always seem to deal with. My point is for anyone that has any sort of issue in a negative way with AA, they should contact Saul. I am sure if they have had half the honorable service we have had they will be happy. I cant imagine anyone leaving AA after dealing with Saul and not feel like they were treated with respect and honesty. Beside where else can you go to find a inventory like they have. These guys know what they are doing and more happy customers should right in and take up for them, for any business you have had good dealings with. Let people know, don't just complain when things dont go your way. Brag on people if they deserve it, It's liberating!!!!!
