All I can say is WOW. From the moment I called them to set up an appointment to get a quote to the time I pick up my car; these people arranged everything for me. They arrange everything with insurance company for payments, and set up for my rental car
reservation. After I dropped off my car, they already had the Enterprise rental car transporter waiting for me to take me to the office. They found out my car needed additional work done, they made all the necessary arrangements with the insurance company
to make sure all the issues were addressed and paid for, and extended my rental. When they called me to inform me what was going on, all I had to say okay and wow. I was impressed. When I picked up my car, it was looking better than when I dropped it off.
Is there anything these people will not do to make sure their customers are satisfied beyond measures? I would definitely refer this company at this location to anyone you appreciates great customer service. I am a very hard person to please, and I do not
take my time to write an excellent review unless I am content beyond measures and Chris at this location top out my list. Keep up the good work Chris.
