I first contacted this company in late February of 2009. My lender has been working with them. However, I found out today, October 28th, that they are no longer in existence.
Update: May, 2010 My home was eventually foreclosed. After Bank Modification Experts took my money and ran, I contracted with www.ProcessVirtual.com. They did not notify me of the foreclosure. Neither did my bank notify me. I was given 7 days to move out after the eviction notice. I am open, also, to pursuing a lawsuit. Email me at jmcneill4@sc.rr.com.
