I echo Asif's experience exactly! I also want to do something and I do not know what. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I also sent certified mail to the 24005 Ventura Blvd, Suite 100, Calabasas, CA 91302 address stating that i want my money back otherwise I would file a suit in Small Claims Court. The sad reality is however that even if I was able to serve them and take win in Small Claims Court I would end up sending them to collections and in reality would never see a penny for my time. If anyone makes any headway with this please let me know as well. My e-mail is bthomasian at Yahoo. Hoping the best for all of us, this really sucks... :( UPDATE: Below is the e-mail from the processvirtual.com guys who want the additional $500. They say they are in Jersey but the area code is 415 which is San Francisco and they want me to sign up on the next two days. I have also asked them to send me what they have for me. This feels like an operation run out of India and I am not getting suckered into this again.
