I started a loan modification in July of 2010 I worked with Michael Serour he was with Law Group Alliance shortly after joining on as a client he change his contact information this should have been a clue. He promised that a loan modification would take no longer than 3 months after all the documents were submitted, once everything was submitted I was in touch frequently the first month, progress was being made and in September Joey Matthews was assigned as my negotiator, and once this was named it was a matter of time before they completed the process it was I was told. After more time had passed Joey my negotiator was in contact to confirm information and then the process began to drag on in October and progressively got worse. The people were harder to get in touch with. The final payments were made totally $4900 they indicated it was almost complete unfortunately to date my loan has not been modified. A number of people have been on my case and currently no one returns my phones calls or responds to my e-mails. This is a scam! The list of individuals involved on my case include the originator:
