Never wrote a testimonial letter and never saw the point, but this experience bears repeating. We were 3 weeks into using another company when they told us we were not getting the loan! Even after we had submitted tons of information and met the craziest of conditions. It was a no go and we were sure we had lost our dream house. J.R. Lloyd was recommended to us by my wife’s best friend’s brother’s college roommate. Why Not? We really had nothing to lose, and actually felt so defeated by the way we had been treated that making the call to Beverly Hills Capital Group is kind of a blur. WOW, what an unbelievable experience. J.R. was so smart and knowledgeable. He totally understood what had just happened to us. He also knew we were under the gun to secure financing so we didn’t lose the house. He went right to work, and really worked miracles. We actually heard from J.R. on Saturday & Sunday that week, and he even returned our phone call after 9pm one night. My wife & I felt like he really cared. We got great advice every step of the way. And got an even better loan than we originally thought possible, our closing costs were less because J.R. is honest and has great associates in the business. We found out that mortgage brokers can actually put you in a loan that pays THEM more money. What a rip-off!!! Across the board, it was a blessing in disguise that we went through the worst to get to the best. Thank you J.R. Lloyd, you made our dreams come true, there was never going to be a home for us without a mortgage loan and you made it all possible. It was a pleasure doing business with you and we think of you as our friend now.
