cheap furniture from an expensive store

My husband & I bought a Best brand recliner and reclining sofa from CFC 2 years ago. We purchased a 5 year warranty and have had them out twice to refill the stuffing in both pieces and to repair a hole in the sofa. It was, apparently, custom made and took 2 months to arrive. We are now in need of additional padding as what they are filled with is what I call fiber fill instead of foam rubber. We are retired and sit a LOT but I don't feel that after a year they should require re-stuffing. We are in year two and again in need of filler in both pieces and the recliner arm is so flat that we have to put a pillow over it to keep from leaning on wood. The sofa is also so flat that we are sitting on the frame. I could continue to call and have them come out to re stuff them under warranty but after a while it's not worth the hassle. We will probably purchase 2 new pieces of furniture & I will be sure it has foam rubber instead of fiber fill but it definitely won't be from Carolina Furniture Concepts. For a store that sells such high priced furniture it turns out to be very cheap furniture. We have bought our last items from this business.
