Carpet Galleria displays a BBB member plaque and told me they are member. That was one of the reasons I did buisiness with them and I wanted to support a local business After having problems with them, I checked with the BBB and found out they are not members. They forgot to measure my family room even though I told them I wanted the whole house carpeted. The invoice only showed the final price. I thought I was getting my whole house carpeted for the price, so you can imagine my surprise when they came to lay the carpet and there wasn't enough. They pretty much accepted no blame since the room was not marked on the invoice. I pointed out that neither was the fourth bedroom which they did carpet. I tried for a month to at least get a corrected invoice for warranty purposes and had to go to the store 3 times before they gave it to me. I cannot recommend this business.
