Toner cartridge scams
|
The prior review by Austin F. is right on the money. Our non profit was unfortunately a victim of this scam. Despite certified letters sent to Case Distribution Services, IDCSERVCO and the Attorney General of California, Case Distribution Services continues
to engage in these fraudulent activities. I just received a phone call yesterday from this same individual who had misrepresented himself at an earlier time once again trying to sell and send us toner cartridges. They were informed we did not order cartridges.
I immediately notified IDCSERVCO that we had not ordered any cartridges and reminded them of certified letters they had been sent that any orders coming to them from our company were fraudulent and not to be filled.
