Ripped Off! Also Operating Under Central Vacuum Supply

Took my money and never sent the product. After not shipping out in a week I contacted them through their web site and they said there would be a 1-3 week delay because of damage to their warehouse from the recent tornadoes. This seems to be their MO. Complaints on the BBB say fire was used as an excuse. They have an F rating with the BBB. After giving them the time they requested they did not respond to an email (sent to all of their addresses) requesting shipping notice or refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Their delaying tactics scammed me into loosing the complaint window on Paypal. Luckily I did not have the money come out of my checking account. I searched for complaints under Central Vacuum Supply and did not find any. Very sneaky of them to use a false identity:(
