My experience with Claimtek has been surreal. This is my third small business. What I realized about
myself is I am not good at inventing or reinventing the wheel. I am exceptional at maximizing my
potential and displaying my skillset in established spaces. There are also elements about how to
structure and leverage business to which I was not privy previously. In addition, I learned success is
typically achieved by having an effective team. One challenge with my previous businesses was the
inability to form my dream team. This made it difficult to sustain the businesses as a full-time employee
and parent. I stumbled upon ClaimTek and was initially skeptical. There is so much online deception it is
hard to decipher at times. However, I had extensive consultations with Alanna (who is great by the way).
These consultations were essentially interviews for me, I was interviewing a Claimtek representative and
had a list of questions with each session. After weighing all the extensive information and feedback from
Alanna, allowing me to make an informed decision, becoming a ClaimTek Trainee was a no brainer.
Having acquired the business knowledge from my previous small business experiences, I realized I
cannot lose with ClaimTek. I am buying a business model, which means I do not have to reinvent the
wheel or structure the business in anyway, I am also buying a team as well as all the administrative tools
necessary to operate efficiently and on an executive level. That is huge, time and cost effective and
makes the goal very attainable. ClaimTek has surpassed my expectation because the level of support
exceeded what I imagined and gave me a sense of security, which is a confidence booster. I had an
unforeseen extenuating circumstance at the beginning of my training which lasted throughout the
duration of it. The rescue response was remarkable, and my trainers were incredibly supportive
particularly Tamra and Nizar. The level of understanding and support extended to me was a stamp on
my success and a great motivator. If you are a go getter, who craves success and are self-sufficient, I
highly recommend ClaimTek. There is no hamster wheel running with this franchise, they set you up to
win.
