The same thing happen to me I did everything that you have done. I am at the point at where I am planning to request a refund of my $3000. It has been 60 days and they said they have just sent it to my lender and they said it will take another 21 days for my lender to review it so they told me to be patient. I talk to another lawyer regarding a refund and they said to put the request in writing and send one copy to the Firm and another copy to California State Bar because they are suppose to refund something if the work was not done. That is my next plan.
