The people that work for this company are so unprofessional. After they were not able to get my loan modification done, they stopped answer my calls. The first representative, Rod Brown informed me that if they were not able to get the modification done, I would be refunded my money. Well, they were not successful. After Mr. Brown left the company, I was assigned to Hugo Medina. He continued to ask me to send in different documents and at his request I submitted the documents. They were still not able to get the modification completed. After over a year of working with them, I requested a refund. Mr. Medina suggested I give them $750 per month to delay the foreclosure process. I did this for 2 months and was due a refund of $1400 at this time. A check for $700 was mailed to me on August 9, 2016 with a letter stating I would receive the additional $700 on September 1, 2016. I have contacted the company several times and no one will answer or return my calls. This company is a ripoff that some of the reviews here are bogus. BEWARE OF CONSUMER ADVOCATES AND ASSOCIATES.
