When DMR came to my office which was last year I was really skeptical of doing business with the company as I never heard their name and because of the reviews I found online about their services and quality. The sales rep was persistent but not heavy on me to get the services. And honestly speaking I have seen sales rep from mulitiple companies coming to my doorstep and they are never the same. Cbeyond had sent atleast 20 diff sales rep to my office and none of them was the one I had seen before but the same sales rep Neil from DMR has been visiting me since last 1 year which made me a little positive about the company. He explained to me in details on how I could reduce my cost and get better product and services with their company. It took me several months to decide but in the end after all the time and efforts spent by Neil I had to give them a chance and I am glad that I did. I cancelled Tele-Pacific and I couldn't be happier. The savings are there as he told me and I am much faster and more productive in my business. I have already recommended DMR to few of my friends and I will keep on doing it in the future. I completely support DMR and suggest this company to everyone. Good luck for the research.
