Deceitful company who purposely hides unlit signs and pay stations at the Los Feliz Post Office. At night, presumably the only hours they "control" a partking lot that has been a community lot for the last 12 years, they have hidden the pay station and have posted NO signs telling drivers they are in a pay lot. They are not registered as Federal Contractors and to date I fail to see any rightful claim they have to regulate federally-leased land. They issue "parking tickets" randomly even to cars not in a lot they control that look like municipally-issued tickets, presumably to threaten and mislead people into paying fines they trick people into thinking are issued by the government.
