If you are a mobile notary and are asked to conduct a closing for this company, you should immediately hang up the phone. Trying to receive payment from this company is nearly impossible. The accounting department will waste your time and avoid returning your phone calls. You do not get the luxury of actually speaking with someone, you have to leave a voice mail message. They will then EMAIL (professional) a response to your inquiry, promise a date when payment will be processed and that date will come and go.
I am still attempting to collect payment for one closing conducted on April 30, 2010.
One of the most unprofessional companies I have worked with. Google them, you will see I am not the only one.
