I purchase a power supply that was supposed to fit my Sony Computer. The power supply that they sent was not a fit for my Computer. I went to return the unit. The RMA procedure on the website failed. I emailed them and got no reply. I filed a claim against them with Paypal. They are going to charge me 25% restocking fee. I am in contact with the California Attorney Generals office and I am filing a complaint against this company. I am sure that for every complaint there are 10 other people who just have given up. I am a investigative researcher and this a scam. They have an F rating and the lowest rating I have ever seen on the Internet. This is the worst company on the Internet.
