Ordered Item on March 9 2012. received item on March 16 2012 item was defective. Called for RMA asked if they had more in stock other wise I wanted a refund, was told they had more in stock so did RMA for exchange. 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, and 2 promises for call backs (which I did not get a call back)later I was told they did not have more in stock. As of today April 2 2012 this part still states it is in stock on the web site. This company is a joke. When you call you get the same female every time and you can not talk to anyone but her, she says other departments will get back with you and they don't. Buyers Beware!
