I made the mistake of misidentifying the product they were selling. Their picture was misleading, but I sent them an email saying that they shouldn't show a picture of the whole monitor, and it looks like they fixed it by using "paint" and doing a poor job of editing it out:

They demanded a "Return Material Authorization" form or "RMA" in order to return a product. I promptly filled out and submitted the proper form so I could return it; I wanted them to cancel delivery early so it would not cost extra to ship it back.
They waited until the product arrived before approving the "RMA." When I said that I was just going to keep it but that they had lost a customer, They sent a short, sarcastic reply: "Thank you for your email. We will be glad to note this in your RMA file."
They have managed to irritate me to the point that I have spent the time and filed my first BBB complaint; I think I'll send them a new virus- "RMA"
