Shut them DOWN!! Run from them, they refuse to fix they're problems. What is wrong with them? I ordered two fans, and they sent two FAILED fans. No problem, but they refused to work with me to send replacements. They will only work through their RMA system and if there is one thing out of place they will refuse the RMA. I had the number written on the side of the box and they refused the package. I even offered to give them a credit card number to hold until they recieved the failed fans, and they refused.
