I've been putting off our termite problem for years now. I can see evidence of termite damage all over my house. Needless to say, I did not want to do a thing. I especially did not want to tent my house for a few days and damage my roof (brand new spanish
tiles) or plants. I was also very concerned because my neighbor had his house tented by the big termite company (starts with "T") and several of his belongings were stolen. I know for a fact that no one broke in because I would have heard or seen a strange
car. We have cameras that would have captured any strange people or vehicles. So the only conclusion is the companies employee's stole stuff while they were inside alone during the fumigation. My neighbors experience scared me so I put off fumigating. Well,
a friend of mine recommended Enterprise Termite. He said they did a complete termite treatment and they did NOT have to move out. When I met the inspector I was very impressed. He explained what was happening and gave me his recommended treatment. After a
year no termites have returned. Even if they do, I have a warranty and feel good that Enterprise will come back. Even if you fumigate with a TENT, you'll still get termites again. My neighbor is seeing termites again after only 2 years. Tents do not leave
a residue. Enterprise Termites also did some preventative stuff to all the exposed wood. I don't have to worry about termites for a long time.
