Not recommended. Not dependable. I was a returning customer, having used their service 3 years ago with no problems. This time when I called for service, I got their answering machine and left a message. They never returned the call. I went to their website and filled out their residential quote form, they never emailed back. I called them a 2nd time and was able to talk with someone there. Tried to set up an appointment for pressure washing 2 weeks in advance, wanted them to come out 1 day in the last week of October 2010. They said they weren't sure what day it would be, but they would call back with a date. They never called back. I waited a week and called them back (for the 3rd time) to confirm a date. They said they would be out on Thursday, October 28th 2010 and they would call before they came out. They never called or showed up.
