They were over 1 1/2 month late finishing the project. There was no communication. A week would go by without them advising when they'd be out to do more work. They would not show up for appointments and not call. And they would show up unscheduled and expect the customer to be home. The pump is very loud.
They have not scheduled the noise inspection which is required prior to the final inspection. And the spa has been finished for a month.
They left huge ditches where they dug. Their subcontractor broke up my driveway with their lader. It's yet to be fixed.
It's a 3 man company, a few laborers, and subs. They don't communicate amongst themselves and the communication is non-existant with the customer.
