The company doesn't understand your needs and will create more problems at your cost! Be aware not to pay the owner, Dan Park, until your service or product is completed. Once he gets paid in full, he won't come back to fix any problems. No written warranty was offered. Because lack of Dan's experience, I came to appreciate him.....I had learned a lot about landscaping in the process of ordeal! He advertises he is committed to your dream landscape. Your dream will quickly turn into a nightmare! Very difficult to communicate and work with. HOA had denied our completion plan and he would not come back to correct his mistakes unless I pay him more money. Unethical and felt cheated by this company.
