I enrolled in Giant SEM's seo service a few weeks ago to help the flowers and event planning business that I have with my sister get noticed more online. It's a new thing for us and we really wanted to get started on a strong note and be proactive, especially with the internet stuff. Giant SEM had called us a couple of times and being skeptical of telemarketers we never took advantage of their services and also never had time to talk and learn more. I finally got around to checking out their website which was really colorful and easy to navigate and understand and listed the prices of the packages and the services right there. I actually called them up in my own free time when I was actually in the mood to talk to someone on the phone. I chose the Local package since I really wanted to attract business in my town. It included a website which I opted out of since I already had one. It was pretty straightforward and the customer service rep was extremely friendly and personable, explaining everything step by step. I asked a LOT of questions and kept them on the phone for a while but I believe that this is really important. There is no contract. You simply pay month to month as you go. So far, I am super pleased to report that we are ranking on the first page of local Google maps in all of our keywords. I can visibly see the work that they've done and also notice a bunch of customer inquiries that are coming in as a result of it. A couple of times I had to call them to add or change some key words but it was painless since their reps are easy to deal with. I think the gentleman I spoke to was named Anthony but everyone I've spoken to there has been great. I'm going to keep the service going a little longer for now since it's been successful for me.
