GRAVITY Defyer Customer Service/Quality Very Poor

I purchased a shoe in Nov 2014, 12 months after, the shoe is falling apart and I am getting blisters every time I use it. I called Customer Service and they asked me to send pictures of my foot with the blisters and a pic of the shoe (the metal rod is rubbing on my skin).
It has been a month since I heard from them, no response.
Clearly, poor quality shoe and poor customer service for a $150 shoe.
