Never came over for quote. Did it by photo's. Lazy? I went them like an idiot. Scheduled for 9am but showed up at 10:30. Already running behind. Was going to do a "deep clean", acid wash and grout seal. They completed the clean and acid wash then he told he couldn't seal the grout as it had old floor wax build up. OK! You didn't know that before you cleaned and acid washed? Of course he did but he didn't want to get the wax out (time?) but he did want to get paid. Of course I did not pay for the NON seal job but my grout still looks like crap and I wasted $380. Scam artist, Stay away,
