A fraudulent company do not do business with them

H&M carpet is nothing but a business of lies & thieves that needs to be held accountable for there fraudulent disregard for the law. As you can see by the provided documentation (letter stating "we are deeply apologetic" and an unsigned check for $500.00) they took responsibility for their wrong actions and said so in there letter along with a check for 500$ compensation. But they chose to commit fraud by not signing it. When I went to have the check signed by the man who wrote the letter and issued the check Oscar montealegre H&M's CFO he took position of my check and did not sign it. He then would not return my property when asked there for committing theft of personal property. I have filed a police report and will be pursuing legal action. H&M's business practices, ethics and disregard for the law, is an example of a business that should not exist.
