I am not a very handy person so when it came to purchasing an Hid Kit i took my time and did my research. I came accross a lot of websites but the only people who actually anwsered the phone was the Hidnation.com representatives. So i purchases a hid kit for my 2008 honda civic. They shipped out my item the next day as promised and I attempted to install it and ran into a few issues simply because I did not know what I was doing (this was my first Hid kit install). So I called the tech support line at hidnation.com and a gentlemen walked me through the entire installation. He actually stayed on the phone with me while I was installing my kit. The kit worked once i figured out what I needed to do (which was to ground my relay)and I love my lights. I can only speak for myself and fom my personal experience with this company but they are great! thank you hidnation!
